ECOSYSTEM TERMS OF SERVICE
SHARED PREFACE
Applicability to All Three Companies
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of Kune Reevolution Ltd, Sagacelo Ltd, and Cointelligent Ltd (together, “the Companies”). Each entity may offer distinct features or functionalities but operates under a unified legal framework where applicable. By accessing or using any part of the Ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Independent Yet Unified
“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the three Companies collectively. When you register for our services, you engage with each Company in its respective capacity. However, the overall Ecosystem is governed by these shared Terms for consistency and clarity.
Scope
These Terms govern your use of any platform, service, or product delivered by the Ecosystem, whether via website, application, API, or partner integration.
1. DEFINITIONS
- “Services”: Any website, application, content, or functionality provided by the Companies, alone or in collaboration.
- “User” or “You”: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
- “Partner”: Any third-party organization or individual offering products, services, or content within the Ecosystem under separate agreements.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have reached the minimum age for independent social media access in your country (if higher), to legally use the Services. By registering, you warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement.
2.2 Binding Agreement
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately. Continued access and use of our Services indicate acceptance of these Terms.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
3.1 Account Creation

By posting or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services. You must have the rights or permissions necessary to grant this license.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
6.1 Partner Offerings
Our Ecosystem may include links or integrations with third-party websites or services offered by Partners. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services, and your use of those services is governed by separate terms.
6.2 Limitations of Liability
We do not endorse or assume liability for the accuracy or reliability of content provided by Partners or any third-party sources.
7. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
7.1 Paid Services
Certain features or content may require payment. Prices, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods will be disclosed in advance.
7.2 Billing
If you provide payment information, you authorize us (and applicable third-party payment processors) to charge all fees incurred through your account in a timely manner.
7.3 Refunds
Refund policies may vary based on the specific service or jurisdiction. Any applicable refund policies will be stated on the relevant service page.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
8.1 As Is / As Available

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, under no circumstances will the Companies, their affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. In jurisdictions that do not allow limitations of liability, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Companies, their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in Dublin, Ireland, to the extent legally permissible. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in the English language.
11.2 Exceptions
Where binding arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, or where a matter must be heard in court, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in Dublin, Ireland.
11.3 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles.
12. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also terminate your own account at any time by following the instructions provided within the Ecosystem.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the changes.
14. MISCELLANEOUS
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Companies regarding your use of the Services.
14.2 Severability
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full force.
14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other part of these Terms.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
